Visible Online provides a platform where clients can select marketing services and get connected with expert marketing agencies. Once a client selects the services they require, we connect them with agencies that send quotes based on the client’s needs.
Our role is limited to facilitating the introduction between clients and agencies. Once a quote is provided, all further business transactions, negotiations, and contracts are handled directly between the client and the selected agency.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Select the services you require, such as SEO, social media management, web design, etc.
- Provide accurate information about your business and marketing goals to receive tailored quotes from agencies.
- Review the quotes received and decide whether to proceed with any agency.
- Negotiate and enter into agreements directly with the agency of your choice. Payments for services are handled directly by you with the agency.
4. Agency Responsibilities
Agencies using Visible Online's platform agree to:
- Provide a clear and accurate quote based on the client’s request.
- Handle all client communications and service provision directly.
- Invoice clients directly for the services provided.
- Pay Visible Online a commission on any successful contracts finalized as a result of our introduction.
5. Commission Structure
Visible Online receives a commission from the agency based on any successful contract or deal that results from a client’s engagement through our platform. This commission is paid directly by the agency and does not affect the client’s pricing or payments in any way.
6. No Fees for Clients
There are no fees charged to clients for using the Visible Online platform. Clients only pay the agency directly for the marketing services provided. Visible Online does not charge clients for access to our network of agencies or for connecting them with agencies.
7. Payments and Invoicing
Once a client and agency reach an agreement, the agency will issue invoices directly to the client for the agreed-upon services. Visible Online does not handle any payments between clients and agencies, nor do we take responsibility for any payment disputes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. By using our platform, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will only share your personal data with agencies as necessary to facilitate the connection and quote process.
9. Limitation of Liability
Visible Online is not liable for any issues, disputes, or damages that arise between clients and agencies after the initial connection is made. We are not responsible for any financial losses, business damages, or other consequences related to the services provided by agencies. Our role is limited to connecting clients with agencies, and any subsequent transactions, communications, and agreements are solely between the client and the agency.
10. No Guarantee of Business
Visible Online does not guarantee that any client will enter into a contract with an agency or that any business transactions will be successful. We do not guarantee that quotes will be accepted, nor that clients will choose to proceed with any specific agency.
11. Termination of Service
Clients and agencies can discontinue their use of the Visible Online platform at any time without notice. Visible Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the platform if there is a violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
Visible Online reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use our platform after such updates, you agree to the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes that arise between you and Visible Online shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as agreed upon by the parties, with the venue for any such disputes being in Dubai, UAE.

16. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Visible Online, including logos, website text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Visible Online or its partners. Clients and agencies agree not to use these materials without proper authorization.
